Marinated Tempeh

Adapted from The Vegan Gourmet

Serves 4

 

Ingredients. 

16 oz tempeh, sliced

2 tablespoons sesame oil

4-5 tablespoons mirin

2 tablespoons ginger-fresh (or 3 teaspoons powder)

3-4 tablespoons tamari

4 minced garlic cloves


Instructions.

Mix ingredients and marinate overnight in fridge.  Fry in pan until golden brown.
