At our core, we are students of food. Constantly learning and adapting from the food presented and available to us. Project Umami aims to provide nutrient-dense, fresh, living food in an accessible manner. We feel it is our responsibility to provide food to others as a service in a manner that enhances or maintains the health of the individual, the health of the environment our food comes from and our relationship with that environment. We develop relationships directly with small family farmers practicing traditional agricultural practices which exclude the use of synthetic chemicals and seek to provide support to the agricultural community in the future to help foster in the era of Regenerative Farming.
