3 ripe tomatoes
1-2 Tablespoons safflower oil (substitute: avocado oil or ghee)
- Slice tempeh into bite size pieces.
- Dice tomatoes.
- Warm oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Brown tempeh on both sides
- Add tomatoes and cook until there is little or no liquid left (3-5 minutes)
- Add tamari and simmer for 2-3 minutes
