Avocado on Tempeh Toast

Ingredients.
4oz fresh tempeh
1 avocado
1 tsp avocado oil
½ lime
Onion, shaved
Fresh sprouts or other chopped green
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
Pink salt (or other)
Black pepper, fresh ground
Option: fermented vegetables
Instructions.
- Slice tempeh ½ thick longwise and salt to taste
- Toast in avocado oil until golden brown on medium heat
- Layer slices of avocado on top of your toast, add lime, salt and pepper to taste and garnish with remaining ingredients
